The Main Screen

On the main screen you will see the Generation Build List. This is where you setup the number ranges for the telephone numbers you want to generate. Telephone numbers are generated between the Lowest and Highest numbers with a Prefix and/or a Suffix. Each row where the number range is defined is referred to as a Build Definition.

Example:

To generate all the numbers between 630-888-0000 and 630-888-9999 then you set the Prefix as 630888, the Lowest as 0000 and the Highest as 9999.

In the Generation Build List you can set up any number of Build Definitions. Once you have the Generation Build List set up with at least one Build Definition you can generate the numbers by clicking the 'Generate Number List' icon in the left sidebar.

The Telephone List Screen

On the left sidebar of the Main Screen click the 'View Number List' icon to open up the Telephone Number List. Initially no data is shown in the list. To see the telephone numbers enter a criteria in the box and then click the Refresh button. To view all telephone numbers leave the box empty.

When entering numbers in the criteria box you can use a * to represent any number/s.  E.g *91 will find all the telephone numbers with the digits 91 within them.  Use a ? as a placeholder if you want to be more specific about where a digit/s is placed within a telephone number.  

You can add numbers manually by entering them in the empty box named Telephone above the list.  You can also delete a number by selecting it with your mouse then hitting the delete key on your keyboard. 

To display a new group of numbers, enter a new criteria and select the Refresh button again.  The previously displayed list will be cleared and your new selection will be displayed.

The Export Screen

The number that is automatically entered in the Randomise column is used to order the telephone numbers in a random order when you Export them.
