KnowledgeMax Telemarketing Script Software


KnowledgeMax Script Manager is a knowledge base telemarketing script software solution designed to make managing responses to common questions more productive and efficient.

KnowledgeMax Script Manager allows you to setup a group of telemarketing scripts and assign associated topics to that group including the functionality to link topics across multiple groups. 

Each topic has a description that could be a question or objection and then a response that suggests how to reply to the question or objection.

KnowledgeMax is a standalone solution or it can interface with TeamMax OutBound or CallAssist call center solutions to incorporate the existing campaigns that have been set up to enable the displaying of common queries or objections encountered by the call center agents.

Telemarketing Script Software

KnowledgeMax allows you to have multiple telemarketing scripts.  For example if you answer incoming calls for telephone sales you can have the script for each product set up.

After the script is set up you will find icon links to each script displayed down the left menu sidebar.  

In our example, when you answer a call you find out what product the caller is intersted in and you can then click on the appropiate icon in the left side bar. Doing so will display the relate dscript in the main script area.  This tells you how to talk about the product.

telemarketing script Objections In addition to showing your the script any related topics will be displayed in the upper right window panel.  These topic's may be common questions that people ask or even objections as to why people think they don't need the product. 

By clicking on the topic you will see a suggested response displayed in the response panel.

The topic description and a suggested response is displayed in the lower part of the window.  KnowledgeMax allows you to link one topic to another. If there are topics that have been linked to the currently displayed topic then on the right of the panel you will see these linked topics.

Clicking on one of the Linked Topics listed will change the lower panel to display that topic.
